Here is a screen capture from my morning Heart Tuner session. Note how I've sent the 5th peak, the one closest to but below 9hz well above .55vrms. One of the objects of Level 4 is to increase one's ability control this particular peak, as it seems to be the harmonic link between the thinking mind and the feeling heart.

Do you record brain entrainment beats? I'm interested in finding someone willing to sell me some good Mind-Heart Magnetic tracks. Any suggestions?
There is plenty of binural music out there, although I don't use it. Once I realized that my EM Field dances to music, I found that any rhythmic dance music would do for my sessions.
